Heart Weeks Conclusion ~ Nontraditional Colors

YAY!!! Friday is HERE!!!!

Today I have my 3rd and final post during Heart Week. I hope you have had some fun with this. Valentine’s has come and gone so I have a nontraditional color theme today and I just love these colors together.

The first card was inspired by one of my teammates Sandra Hernandez. She made a beautiful card and shared it in our demo group on FB. The interlocking hearts were made using multiple different heart dies from the Sweet & Sassy Hearts Framelit Dies.  The designer Series Paper used here was the Petal Garden 6×6″ paper stack. Stampin’ Up!® card stock used here Calypso Coral & Whisper White.

Helpful Tip: You can use the big Shot’s Magnetic Platform if you have one, OR line up your dies as seen above and run a piece of washi tape over them. This made it easy to cut and actually re cut the exact heart a couple of times before using more tape.

For this floral above I used the same technique as I did on Monday’s Blog Post using a different color scheme. Pearls were added after inking and I attached it to a piece of wood paper from Stampin’ Up!’s® Wood Textures Designers Series Paper Stack (6×6″)

Stampin’ Up!® supplies used:

Sweet & Sassy Hearts Framelit Dies.

Bloomin’ Love Framelit Dies

Duet Banner Punch

Petal Garden 6×6″ paper stack.

Calypso Coral card stock

Whisper White. card stock

I hope you have enjoyed my week full of heart projects this past week. If you missed the first two in the series simply click below.

Happy Valentines Day ~ #PPsharethelove

Hi Friends,

Today I have a really fun post to share with all of you. My upline, Patty Bennett, did a prize patrol for her entire team during the first two weeks of the month. We were asked to make Valentine’s Cards with current Stampin’ Up!® product and MAIL THEM!!! This was an awesome goal in my mind because my big focus this year is not only make beautiful cards but SEND my cards out to others. No sense in hoarding them ya know?

So I had fun designing these cards and YES they have been MAILED and should be showing up on people’s mailboxes starting today!!!

These are almost identical. Using the Square stitched framelit on the card above and the stitched circle die set on the one below.

Stampin’ Up!® products used in these cards:

Basic Black Card Stock

Whisper White Card Stock

Tutti-Frutti 6″ x 6″ paper stack

Petal Passion 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper

Bloomin’ Love Photopolymer Stamp Set

Sunshine Wishes Thinlits Dies

Stitched Framelit Dies

I hope I have inspired you today. If you are liking this stamp set make sure you check out the matching die set too which was featured on Monday. CLICK HERE to see that previous post.

“Hearts Week” w/ Stampin’ Up!®

Hi Friends,

This week I am kicking off a week full of heart/love inspiration. I will have posts Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so don’t forget to check back.

This card above is using Stampin’ Up!’s® stunning Bloomin’ Heart Thinlit Dies as its main focal point. The large heart was cut from Whisper white card stock and then using sponges I inked the heart using the following ink pads; Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Rose Red, and Real Red. From the Flirty Flamingo then smaller hearts were cut and then attached with a glue dot and pearls added to their centers. Super easy in yet so striking, Other Stampin’ Up!® products used are Petal Passion DSP, The Bloomin’ Love Stamp Set in Photo Polymer so that I could curve the sentiment to shape perfectly inside the Duet Banner Punch. Card stock color is Real Red.

During the months of January, February, and March Stampin’ Up!® has their largest promotion of the year. Your orders earn you FREE PRODUCTS at the $50 and $100 levels. There is no limit to the number of products earned. In this second card I used the STUNNING Heartfelt Blooms stamp set to easily stamped this breathtaking floral card. The depth you get with this stamp is amazing and I look forward to seeing Stampin’ Up!® bring out more like this. The sentiment also came from this same stamp set. The double heart was created using two of Stampin’ Up!’s®  Sweet & Sassy Heart Framelits. I lined them up and used the Big Shot Magnetic Platform in my big shot to create this heart. Later this week I will show this idea stepped up a little. Lastly some added gemstones just to add a little bling! To see ALL the Freebie Products simply click HERE.

Happy Stampin’
